GHS is honoured to expand its partnership with Pestana Hotel Group with the addition of the two brand-new properties in New York and one in London. 


GHS welcomes Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA, a vibrant property located in London’s modern Chelsea Wharf area, facing the iconic River Thames and opposite to Battersea Park. New York city will be the home for two new Pestana Hotel Group properties opening during the last half of 2019, beginning of 2020. On one hand, catering to both business and leisure travellers alike and offering class and value as well as second to none service, Pestana CR7 Times Square will boast state-of-the-art technology to attract its savviest travellers. This 177 room hotel will be placed on 39th Avenue, a stone’s throw away from Times Square, Jacob Javitz Convention Centre and Hudson Yards. This hotel will embrace a lifestyle concept, where guests will find the perfect balance between modern design and the comfort of a home. 

On the other hand, Pestana Park Avenue will leverage its privileged location on 39th and Madison Avenue, on the East Side and offer an ideal place just a few steps away from Grand Central Station and the United Nation, in the heart of Turtle Bay. This new hotel offers 94 upper upscale class rooms and a lounge space for the busiest of business travellers. An upper upscale property surrounded by an advantaged environment strengthening privacy and secure access, Pestana Park Avenue is an elegant and well located property.
